  • 3. 60mm Solid Binder Course We lay a 60mm porous tarmac or concrete base. This acts as the rock-solid, load-bearing layer. We clean and dry it thoroughly before applying any resin.
  • 4. Precision Resin Mixing We mix a UV-stable two-part polyurethane resin, then combine it with kiln-dried stone inside a forced-action mixer until every single piece of aggregate is fully coated.
  • 5. Hand-Troweled Finish The mixture is tipped, raked, and hand-troweled flat to a precise 15mm to 20mm thickness. It cures enough to walk on in 8 hours and is fully ready to drive on in 48 hours.

  • Structural Perimeter Edging Resin must be physically contained to maintain its structural integrity. Before pouring, we lock in a solid perimeter using heavy-duty concrete kerbs or block paving to act as a rigid barrier that stops the edges from crumbling.
  • Precision Hand-Troweled Junctions A machine cannot finish edges properly. We meticulously hand-trowel the resin mixture directly up to your garage thresholds, drainage channels, and boundary walls to create a completely flat, seamless junction with zero trip hazards.
